Dr Neil Bhatia

Dr Neil Bhatia is a GP partner (since 1997), Caldicott Guardian (since 1999), Data Protection Officer, and IG/FOI/Records access lead at a 30,000-patient practice in Hampshire. He contributes to medical, and occasionally national, press articles on matters relating to General Practice, medical confidentiality and medical privacy, and is also a Justice of the Peace (Magistrate) in adult crime.
