The class aims to spread good practice and share ideas for practical implementation.

You must be a Caldicott Guardian, or someone performing the Caldicott function for your organisation.

Learning objectives:

• Explore the role of Caldicott Guardians in Care homes

• Consider practical applications and support mechanisms

You will:

• Review case examples

• Have the opportunity to discuss the role with other experienced Caldicott Guardians who are supporting Care homes

Format

• a one-hour, online session

• interactive elements (i.e. delegates will participate in discussions)

Skill level requirement

Intermediate. This event is focussed for Caldicott Guardians working in care homes (nursing or residential).
